The process

AI Student Course & Career Matching System

Right Student → Right Course → Right University → Right Career

Stage by stage

The eight assessment stages

Each stage gives you something you can read, and any one of them can stop the process. That is the point of running them in this order.

1

Student information

Who you are, what you studied, what your family can fund.

We ask your consent first. Nothing reaches a university until you agree to send it.

2

Personality assessment

Ten quick questions on how you think and work.

Analytical, creative, social, practical, leadership. Our own questions, written for this.

3

Academic assessment

Your board results, subject by subject, plus a short problem set.

Subject grades say more than one GPA. A strong Higher Maths result opens doors an average hides.

4

Interest assessment

What you enjoy, what you are good at, what you want to do.

Interest without ability is a dropout risk. Ability without interest is a wasted degree.

5

AI course matching

Every course we place into, ranked for you, with the reason.

Each ranking shows its working. If we cannot explain it, we do not send it.

6

University matching

Which universities teach it at a fee your family can carry.

Entry bar, English bar and real cost, checked together. A place you cannot afford is not a match.

7

Counsellor interview

A video call. We confirm your English and screen your documents.

Where a provisional score becomes verified, or where we tell you this is not your year.

8

Final recommendation

Three programmes, real costs, and a plan to close your gaps.

Yours to keep and show your family, whether or not you continue with us.

After the assessment

The fifteen steps we track

Once you qualify, your file moves through fifteen tracked steps. You can see exactly where you are, at any time, in your student portal.

Honesty

Where we stop

Two things cap your score no matter how strong the rest of the file is. We would rather explain them here than after you have paid.

Funding that is not real caps the score at 59. A brilliant student with no proof of funds is not a fast track case. They are a refusal waiting to happen, and forty hours of counsellor time spent before anyone notices helps nobody.

A previous visa refusal, or a study gap over 24 months with no proof, caps the score at 74. Neither is fatal. Both need a compliance review before an application, and neither is ever fast-tracked.

Both caps are shown to you with the reason and the fix. Nothing is hidden behind a phone call.

Ten minutes, and you will know

Your score, your best fit courses and your realistic universities. Free, and yours to keep.
